Where you go

Walk
Hannam and Haebangchon stroll
This hillside is for eating and walking down, not for Itaewon’s bar strip. Begin with a view or a quiet cafe, then descend toward dinner. Stay on Hannam’s slope.
Hannam-dong, Yongsan-gu, Seoul

Eat
An international lunch
The walk exists for one proper meal. Order to share. Crossing into the next district turns this into another night entirely.
Itaewon-ro area, Yongsan-gu, Seoul

Eat
Korean dinner nearby
Drink a last coffee looking at the hill, then take a taxi or bus to Hangangjin Station, Itaewon Station, or the hotel. Haebangchon and Gyeongnidan-gil belong on two separate walks unless the sun is still high.

Good to know
- Gyeongnidan-style lanes or Haebangchon — pick one. Both in a day is too much hill.
- Tower lights are fine from a viewpoint. The cable-car queue is optional.
